We area boutique family-run office in Dulwich and we are looking for a passionate person to join our team at an exciting timeThis role offers a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to work within a very well-respected local brand, with a supportive team culture in a growing business.Full Time Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays (time off in lieu)Must have:Up to date understanding on all current and upcoming regulationsARLA Level 3 QualifiedFull UK Drivers LicenseWhat were looking for:High level of customer service and communication skillsAt least 3 years experience in a similar roleExcellent telephone manner, written communication and a positive attitudeWell-presented, articulate, ambitious, and self-motivatedExperience working with Acquaint (or a similar CRM system)Experience with higher-end properties and landlordsPreferable knowledge of Dulwich and the surrounding areasDuties and responsibilities:Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancyManaging client paperwork and bookings with all required informationAssisting in department organisation, reception and registration of tenantsMatching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property informationKeeping their Line Manager updated on all progress and problemsRemoving properties from the market when they are let agreedEnsuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards and certificates are kept up to dateArranging and conducting viewingsAssisting with property management duties, such as certificate compliance, routine visits, producing reports and coordinating with contractorsBooking in works orders as and when requiredProcessing references and right to rent / AML checksChasing late rents and assisting with processing invoicesAbility to adapt depending on the needs of the companyJBRP1_UKTJ
