Job Opportunity: Lettings Administrator

Location: Dulwich, London
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £28,000

Our client, a well-established and respected property company based in Dulwich, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive office where your contributions will play a key role in the success of the lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Lettings Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the sales team with a wide range of administrative duties, including:

  • Producing accurate correspondence from valuation to completion using in-house systems
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of properties, vendors, and buyers
  • Monitoring receipt of Terms & Conditions, vendor ID forms, EPCs, and approved particulars
  • Preparing advertising copy and marketing materials to strict deadlines
  • Managing branch email communications and updating property portals
  • Coordinating photography, floor plans, EPCs, and property boards
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality property details and window cards
  • Distributing property details to relevant buyers
  • Managing office stationery and maintaining a high standard of office presentation
  • Supporting canvassing efforts and maintaining related records
  • Managing the office archiving system and ensuring accurate payment records
  • Providing remote administrative cover when required

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Comfortable with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Previous experience in administration or PA roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in property or lettings administration
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
  • A desire to grow and develop within the role
