The Role The Letting Valuer will play a pivotal role in the success of our lettings department. This position involves assessing rental values, managing landlord and tenant relationships, and contributing to the growth of our lettings portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a keen understanding of the local property market. Key Responsibilities Conduct property valuations to determine competitive and accurate rental prices. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
