The Lesiure Manager will guide the team of the Spa/ Leisure Club to run a welcoming, relaxing leisure space.

The Leisure Manager will ensure that all daily operations of the spa are delivered to the highest standard, they will ensure that treatment rooms are welcoming and tranquil and that the pool tests are carried out, cleanliness of the gym, equipment and changing rooms. Health & Safety standards are met across all of spa and leisure.

The Leisure Manager will maintain accurate membership records and will support the club with attracting more members.

The role requires someone who is either a Spa specialist with a Level 3 qualification in Beauty or a Leisure specialist with a Level 2 minimum qualification in fitness, in addition NPLQ or Pool Responder trained with Pool Plant knowledge would be advantageous.

The Leisure Manager will ensure that all processes are followed within the Spa & Leisure and that they work with colleagues to do the same, as one team you will also interact with all other colleagues across the hotel.

Job Overview:

As the Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the spa, gym, and leisure facilities. Your role will include leading a team of spa therapists, fitness instructors, and front desk staff to ensure a high standard of service. You will focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving revenue, and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications • Pool Plant Room qualification (NPPO or equivalent) • Pool Responder (NPLQ or equivalent or willingness to obtain) • Personal Training Qualification or Beauty Therapy Level 3 • First Aid qualified. • Previous experience in a similar leisure, fitness, or hospitality role is desirable. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a leisure environment.
