TSR Legal are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading South West law firm with an excellent reputation for client care and professional excellence. Due to continued growth, the firm are seeking a Private Client Legal Support Assistant to join their established and friendly team in Somerset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in Private Client law who is looking to build or further develop their career within a highly regarded firm.

The Role

You will provide key administrative and legal support to the Private Client team, assisting with a broad range of matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Managing client files and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Handling client enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity
• Supporting the team with case progression and general office duties

About You

• Previous experience within a legal support or administrative role is desirable
• A strong interest in Private Client law, including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration, is essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
