The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (Flexibility available if required) - Based in Belfast City Centre. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently complete digital dictation and other typing assignments. Maintain and update the firm's case management system with relevant documents and information. Prepare briefs for counsel and compile court books for hearings, trials, and motions. Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. Schedule medical and specialist appointments as required. Client Interaction: Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and communicate with clients on behalf of Partners and Solicitors. Open, date-stamp, and scan incoming mail, and save correspondence to appropriate client files.
