Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. This role is 90% audio typing, supporting our solicitors with efficient and accurate transcription of legal documents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conveyancing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Audio typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports with high accuracy and speed Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks and document management Handling confidential information with discretion Liaising with clients and third parties professionally Filing, photocopying, and general office duties as requiredRequirements
