A prestigious international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Manager to join its London office — the largest presence in its global network. Known for delivering high-value legal work across private equity, finance, sport, and media, the firm offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.


This role is perfect for a strategic, relationship-driven recruitment professional with experience in associate and paralegal hiring. You'll partner with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and oversee onboarding and integration.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for associates and paralegals, including interview coordination and offer approvals

Collaborate with partners and business services to forecast needs and develop talent strategies

Manage agency relationships and act as the main point of contact for candidates

Supervise and support junior recruitment team members

Track recruitment metrics and contribute to insight-driven reporting

Support graduate hiring and contribute to firm initiatives, including Pro Bono, CSR, and DEI

Act as an advisor on legal hiring best practices and market trends

About You:

6+ years’ experience in legal or professional services recruitment, ideally in a global or US law firm

Strong knowledge of the UK legal market and lateral hiring practices

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented
