I am working with a prestigious law firm based in the heart of the City who are seeking an exceptional Junior Legal PA to join their award-winning Corporate team on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join the firm and the team as they rarely need to recruit as they actively progress their support staff!

The role:

\n\n

\n\t
• Providing high-level EA support to Partners and senior lawyers in the Corporate team
\n\t
• Diary and inbox management, arranging complex international travel, and client liaison
\n\t
• Preparing high-quality documents, presentations and reports
\n\t
• Assisting with billing, time recording and other administrative tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly
\n

• Previous EA or PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment
\n\t
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
\n\t
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work with discretion and professionalism
