Legal PA –part-time (two days per week, Thursday & Friday) hybrid working, one day from home

International law firm with a huge reputation, positive and vibrant culture offers a collaborative environment.

As a Legal PA you would ideally have disputes/litigation experience.

Duties include:

• Coordinating meetings, travel, events, and other assigned tasks
• Proactively build relationships
• Manage a busy inbox, call handling and gatekeeping
• Billing support Group tasks – wider team administration
• Support the Junior PA’s by acting as role model and mentor Client engagement

We are looking for someone ideally with job share experience, legal PA experience to a high standard such as dealing with busy and demanding partners. Strong billing and diary management skills.

Must be available to work the days highlighted.
