A prestigious single-family office based in London is seeking a Legal Director to join its lean and high-calibre team. This newly created role will report directly to the General Counsel and play a key role in advising the family office on a broad range of legal matters. The successful candidate will support a sophisticated and growing organisation with a multi-asset investment portfolio spanning public and private markets, real estate, and estate planning. The Legal Director will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating legal documentation for private fund and direct investments, including LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, and shareholder agreements.
