A leading creative agency is looking for a Legal Counsel. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for managing all contracts and legal processes.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting and marking up a wide range of commercial contracts; and managing the contract process, including negotiations
• Implementing and refining policies and procedures
• Ensuring industry compliance and best practice
• Delivering training and updates to the wider business
• Managing Data Protection compliance globally
• Taking responsibility for policies promoting CSR
• Managing the global legal budget
• Researching the legal landscape of new territories

To be considered, you should have c.0-2yrs* PQE with IP and Commercial Contracts experience in private practice or from an in-house commercial team. An understanding of the commercial/legal challenges faced by creative agencies (MSAs and RFIs, for example) would be a big advantage.
