We’re partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed fintech that’s redefining how payments are done globally. With a proven product, a strong legal function, and ambitious expansion plans, they are now seeking a talented Legal Counsel to take on complex regulatory challenges, help launch innovative products, and play a key role in scaling the business internationally.

This isn’t your typical in-house role! You’ll work on high-impact projects from day one, advising on multi-jurisdictional regulations, engaging directly with regulators, and partnering with senior stakeholders to find solutions that keep the business ahead of the curve. You’ll also get involved in drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements, ensuring the company’s growth is built on a solid legal foundation.

We are looking to speak to 2+ years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyers with experience advising on fintech/payments regulations within private practice or in-house. You will need to be a strong communicator who has had experience working in a fast-paced environment.
