Our global client is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join their busy and dynamic in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts while receiving full support to develop your technical and commercial legal skills.

About the Role

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate large, complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
  
  
• Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to manage legal risk.
  
  
• Support the team in delivering high-quality, business-oriented legal solutions.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-10 years PQE (guideline).
  
  
• Have strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
  
  
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset, able to balance legal risk with business needs.
  
  
• Be motivated to grow within a successful in-house legal team handling multi-jurisdictional work.
