We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Counsel (1–4PQE) to join a leading sports and events organisation. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work across a broad portfolio of legal matters, providing commercial and pragmatic advice to stakeholders throughout the business.

This is a varied, business-facing role with exposure to high-profile events, media rights and commercial partnerships. You will draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, support compliance requirements and advise on contractual and operational matters across the company’s activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (including media rights, licensing, sponsorship, events, services and technology agreements). Advising internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal issues with a focus on commercial, media and compliance matters. Managing legal projects and liaising with external counsel where required. Supporting contract management processes and assisting in the development of best practice within the legal function.
