This is an exceptional role offering exposure to a broad range of investments including fund investments, co-investments, secondaries, continuation vehicles and direct deals. You will take ownership of the legal execution of complex transactions, working closely with investment teams and external counsel in a fast-paced environment from initial review through to negotiation and execution. Responsibilities include leading the review and negotiation of key transaction documents (LPAs, SPAs, SHAs, side letters and subscription agreements), partnering with investment teams to understand future opportunities and upcoming deals, managing external counsel and counterparties, supporting deal structuring and vehicle setup, overseeing execution and post-closing matters, and providing strategic legal input at senior level.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified UK transactional lawyer with ideally between three and six years post qualification experience gained at a law firm or in house with a strong track record in private equity transactions (funds, co-investments, secondaries and direct deals), who can operate autonomously, manage multiple transactions and bring strong commercial judgement alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. This is an exceptional opportunity with excellent remuneration on offer.
