Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with a focus on media and trading arrangements Providing clear and practical advice on contract interpretation and supporting early-stage dispute resolution Partnering with internal stakeholders on contract negotiations, including risk assessment and mitigation Identifying and clearly communicating key contractual risks and differentiating levels of exposure Supporting training initiatives to improve contract awareness and compliance across the business Assisting with the implementation of best practice processes in contract management and governance

Profile The Legal Counsel should be:

A solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach Confident communicating legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders Highly organised with strong ownership and attention to detail A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
