Salary Range: £60,000 to £100,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent Bonus & Benefits
Our client is a leading organisation based in the Northamptonshire region now seeking to hire a Legal Counsel with experience in non-contentious construction contracts to join their In-House legal function. The role offers a hybrid working model with flexibility, alongside an attractive bonus and benefits package.
The Role
Advise the business on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, ensuring contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed effectively.
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts including JCT and NEC contracts, consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, and associated agreements.
Develop and maintain contract precedents, templates, and guidance notes to streamline processes.
Keep abreast of legislative and regulatory developments affecting construction and infrastructure projects.
