Wiltshire TSR Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting and well-regarded regional law firm to recruit a Legal Assistant / Administrator to join their busy Conveyancing team in Marlborough. The Role As a Legal Assistant within the Conveyancing department, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners with a varied residential property caseload. You will ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality administrative and client support throughout the conveyancing process. This position would suit someone with previous conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners within the Conveyancing team Preparing and managing correspondence, documentation, and legal forms Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties in a professional and timely manner Opening, closing, and maintaining accurate client files Supporting matters from instruction through to completion Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a busy Conveyancing department Comfortable managing a varied workload and working to tight deadlines Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach Able to build effective working relationships across the team Proactive, xehkeey reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Why Apply?
