The role
As General Manager, you are accountable for the overall performance and day‑to‑day leadership of the store. You set the pace, lead the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment.

What you’ll do
Own store performance and deliver sales, productivity and service objectives
Set and drive the commercial strategy using KPIs, store insight and customer demand
Lead and develop your management team, building capability, motivation and succession
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through strong service standards and shopfloor leadership
Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency
Drive product flow, availability, replenishment and store organisation to support commercial performance
Maintain a safe, clean and well‑run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
