We’re looking for an inspiring and dedicated
Lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning and MINT team at our
vibrant Norwich campus. This is more than just a teaching role –
it’s a chance to lead, shape, and deliver a transformative learning
experience.
What You’ll
Do:
As the Course Leader for our
Retail Enterprise programme, you’ll:
· Design and
deliver a creative, engaging curriculum that builds employability
and life skills.
· Teach the Entry Level 3
Gateway Preparation for Employment qualification, alongside
Functional Skills in English and Maths.
· Support
learners with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), tailoring
your approach to meet individual needs and
goals.
· Collaborate with a passionate team of
educators and support staff to ensure every student
thrives.
· Track and celebrate progress,
contribute to annual reviews, and help learners transition to
further opportunities like supported
internships.
What We’re Looking
For:
· A qualified teacher (or
working towards qualification) with a degree or
equivalent.
· Experience working with learners
with special educational needs and/or
disabilities.
· A strong background in developing
employability skills in young people.
· Someone
who is creative, compassionate, and committed to inclusive
education.

As a College we
are required to undertake various Safer Recruitment checks as set
out within the guidance from the Department for Education Keeping

the DBS Update Service. Please note: From 28 November 2020 the
government implemented changes to the filtering rules, and we have
