What We Offer
Salary: Up to £40,814 per year
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Year-Round Employment: No unpaid breaks between contracts

What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across Agriculture programmes at a range of levels
Deliver engaging practical, workshop, and classroom-based lessons
Prepare students for employment, apprenticeships, and further study in the agricultural sector
Support learners to develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional behaviours
Maintain safe, well-equipped learning environments in line with industry and health & safety standards
Contribute to course development and continuous improvement within the department
What Youll Bring
A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Agriculture, Land-Based Studies, or a related discipline
Strong hands-on experience within the agricultural industry
Broad knowledge of modern agricultural practices, machinery, livestock, crops, or farm management
Understanding of current industry standards, sustainability, and health & safety requirements
A passion for developing others and sharing practical knowledge
(Teaching or assessor qualifications are welcome but not essential. If you dont yet have one, well support you to gain it while you work.)
