We’re looking for an inspiring and flexible Lecturer to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant teaching across our Foundation Degree (FDA) in Business and Hospitality. You'll play a key role in delivering and developing a curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world application — preparing students for progression and leadership in a fast-changing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach across Levels 4–5 with occasional Level 6 delivery
• Design engaging course materials, assessments, and digital content
• Provide academic and pastoral support to a diverse student cohort
• Embed industry insights into your teaching
• Collaborate on course development, quality assurance, and student experience initiatives
• Support recruitment and student retention through excellent teaching and outreach
• Contribute to research, scholarly activity, or professional practice

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A relevant BA and postgraduate qualification (or equivalent professional experience)

✅ Higher Education teaching and assessment experience

✅ Strong industry knowledge and networks

✅ A passion for inclusive, student-centred learning

Desirable:

PhD or industry equivalent

Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (or working towards)

PG Cert or willingness to obtain one
