Are you highly organised and experienced in leases,contractsor housing services? AtAmplius, we have a great new opportunity for a Leasehold Partnerships Officer to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring agreements run smoothly while working closely with colleagues,customersand external partners to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service.
Salary: £39,500 per yearContract: Permanent, full timeYour week: 36.25 hours (days and times to be agreed at interview)Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Milton Keynes, Rushden,Peterboroughor Boston office
Snapshot of your role
  • Support the drafting, review, and renewal of leases, management agreements, and transfer documents
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of portfolio expiry dates, ensuringtimelyrenewals and terminations
  • Provide advice to internal teams on lease and agreement requirements to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Work with external partnersregardingcontractual obligations and service delivery
  • Monitor rent accounts, manage arrears, and ensure charges areaccuratein line with agreements

Whatyoullneed to thrive in this role
  • Knowledge and experience of leases, freehold transfers, and management agreements
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual information
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive and resourceful approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure across both short- and long-term priorities
