Leasehold Enfranchisement | Solicitor | SW London | Hybrid 2–3 days in the office

A Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked City law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 2–3 PQE to join its specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement team based in its South West London office.

The Role

Working within a dedicated team handling a varied caseload with appropriate support, you will work on a range of Leasehold Enfranchisement matters including:

• Lease extension cases
• Collective enfranchisement matters
• Right to manage claims
• General leasehold ownership and advisory work.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2–3 years’ PQE with experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement work.
• You should be confident managing matters with some supervision (DOE) where required and keen to develop within a specialist team.
