Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Property Lawyer

Salary £45-70k DOE

Croydon- Hybrid working

One of the leading firms providing legal services to South London, Surrey and the South East with offices in 3 locations, is looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer who can also do residential property work.

They are modern and professional, and the team comprises of bright, talented, and ambitious individuals.

The Role

Managing your own busy mixed caseload of conveyancing files including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
• Declarations of trust and other aspects of joint ownerships
• Acquisition of development sites and estate conveyancing
• Option agreements
• 1 to 1 support of your own dedicated Paralegal/Legal secretary

Who are they looking for?

• A 2 - 5years’ PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with solid Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Conveyancing experience.
• Someone that can manage your own caseload confidently
• Track record of providing a high-quality service to clients
