A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Brentwood, Essex, is seeking two dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team as soon as possible. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:· Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs. · Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher. · Help pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills. · Create a safe, encouraging learning environment where every child feels valued. · Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams.
