Roles & Responsibilities

🧩 Support for Pupils

Assist individual pupils or small groups to understand and complete learning activities. Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities. Help pupils develop social skills, independence, and confidence. Encourage positive behaviour and help manage challenging behaviour following school policies. Support pupils with personal care, if required. Support for the Teacher

Help prepare classroom materials and resources. Assist with the assessment and recording of pupils' progress. Provide feedback to the teacher on pupils' achievements or difficulties.
