Learning Support Assistant Pay: £110-£120 per day Full-time/ Term Time only Essex

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a student diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a secondary school. The student requires tailored support outside of the traditional classroom setting, including 1:1 interventions and assistance with completing work in alternative environments.

Learning Support Assistant Role: * Provide consistent 1:1 support to the student throughout the school day * Deliver structured interventions outside the classroom to help the student engage with learning * Support the student in managing transitions, emotional regulation, and focus * Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCO to adapt learning materials and strategies * Maintain accurate records of progress and behaviour * Foster a positive, trusting relationship with the student to encourage independence and confidence
