Learning Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Ealing. The school is seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join their team from September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with special educational needs (SEND), including Autism and profound learning difficulties
Provide 1:1 and small group support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needs
Assist with personal care where required
Support classroom activities, behaviour management, and daily routines
Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEND in a school or care setting
Comfortable supporting with personal care when needed
Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach
Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
