Learning Support Assistant - Southwark - Immediate Start Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an experienced and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant mainstream secondary school in Southwark . This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year . In this role, you will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) , both within the classroom and in small group or 1:1 settings. As a Learning Support Assistant , you will help students access the curriculum, implement individual support plans, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. To be considered, you must have: Experience working with children or young people (in school or a similar setting)
A strong understanding of SEND
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
