The role includes supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH. As an LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN

Aid the delivery of tailored interventions to support learning and emotional development

Work alongside SENCO, Staff and Specialists to structure EHCP, IEP and adaptive learning plans

Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment
