The role starts in February, with trial days available ahead of the start date. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the pupil with literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation, helping them access the curriculum within a mainstream classroom. The SENCo provides clear strategies, resources, and regular guidance.
