Start Date: April 2026 (Summer Term)
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential to continue in September)
Pay: £90–£105 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the Summer Term, with the opportunity to continue into the next academic year from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key pupils across KS1 and Lower KS2, providing consistent support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

* Supporting identified pupils across KS1 and Lower KS2 on a 1:1 and small group basis

* Helping pupils follow routines and stay engaged with their learning

* Providing support both in the classroom and outside of class when required

* Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence

* Working closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement tailored strategies

* Creating a stable, structured and nurturing environment for pupils

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

* Calm, patient and consistent in their approach

* Strong understanding of the importance of routine, structure, and stability

* Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Proactive and adaptable to meet pupils’ individual needs
