About the role:

Provide calm, consistent support to pupils with autism and other complex needs, helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Build trusting, professional relationships with students to understand their individual needs and tailor your support accordingly. Work closely with the class teacher to deliver structured, engaging lessons, offering targeted support in small groups or 1:1 settings as required. Model respectful, inclusive behaviour and contribute to a classroom culture where every student feels valued, heard, and respected.
