Learning Support Assistant / LSA Minehead Location: Minehead Hours: Full-time | 08:30 15:30 (Monday to Friday) Salary: £90 £110 per day Start: ASAP We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant / LSA to join an Ofsted rated Outstanding primary school in Minehead.

This is a full-time role supporting pupils throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom, helping them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally within a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued.

The Role: General Learning Support Assistant / LSA Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small-group basis Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management Helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required Encouraging independence, confidence and social development The Ideal Candidate: Has previous experience working with SEN children in a primary setting Is patient, reliable and passionate about supporting young learners Can work effectively as part of a team Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service What the School Offers: A welcoming and supportive staff team who work collaboratively and value one another Happy, well-behaved and friendly pupils who are keen to learn and respond well to routine Clear structures and strong, approachable xbpsjku leadership, creating a calm and positive working environment A focus on staff wellbeing and development, with opportunities to learn, grow and feel valued A strong community and family-feel, where everyone works together to support every child Consistent full-time hours (08:3015:30) Competitive daily rate of £90 £110, depending on experience If youre a Learning Support Assistant / LSA looking for a stable, rewarding role in a supportive primary school, wed love to hear from you.
