SEN Teaching Assistant - Early Years ARP Location: New Addington, CroydonStart Date: Summer TermContract: Full-time (Monday to Friday)Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) A supportive and well-resourced primary school in New Addington is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) from the Summer term. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils in Nursery and Reception who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASD) and speech and language difficulties. The provision is well-established within the school, with a strong team in place and clear structures to support both pupils and staff. The role will involve providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to access learning, develop communication skills, and regulate their behaviour within a nurturing and structured environment.
