Learning Support Assistant / Pastoral Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE Prospero Teaching is looking for compassionate and resilient Learning Support Assistants and Pastoral Assistants to work with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Salisbury. This role involves providing one-to-one and small group support, helping students develop their social skills, emotional regulation, and academic progress in a supportive environment.

You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to create a positive learning experience tailored to individual needs.
