Learning Support Assistantin Brent This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and well-run Primary School . You will be working 1-1 and in small groups with students who have varying needs. This role would suit someone who has worked in either a mainstream or SEN setting with Primary-aged pupils, ideally at an inner-London school. Previous school-based experience would be desirable. Ideal Candidate: Experienced with working with SEND pupils. Good behaviour management skills. Previous experience working with SEND pupils. Good interpersonal skill and knowledge of SEND best practices. Eager to support students academically and emotionally. Ability to work in a team collaboratively to ensure pupil progression academically and emotionally. Understanding of EHCP plans.
