Adaptive Communication: Simplify complex concepts and engage learners who may face significant barriers to education. Inclusive Practice: Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where differences are respected and valued.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record (or a profound desire) to support students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, or high-needs learning disabilities.
Commitment to Excellence: Resilient individuals with a genuine passion for supporting students and a willingness to learn.
