The Role - Learning Support Assistant
Working as a Learning Support Assistant supporting students with SEN
Providing 1:1 and small group support in a Surbiton school setting
Supporting students with learning, behaviour, and emotional needs
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Acting as a positive and consistent Learning Support Assistant role model
Encouraging student engagement and independence
Ideal Candidate - Learning Support Assistant
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or similar role
Experience working with SEN such as SEMH, autism, or ADHD
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
