Learning Support Assistants & Cover Supervisors

Secondary SEND School (Years 7–11)
Flexible Supply Opportunities – Day-to-Day, Long-Term & Temp-to-Perm

We are an independent, local supply agency working in close partnership with a specialist secondary SEND school. We are currently looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Cover Supervisors to support students aged 11–16 (Years 7–11).

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young people who have a wide range of learning difficulties and complex needs, including:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

*

Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

*

Communication and interaction difficulties

*

Sensory processing needs

*

Additional learning needs associated with SEND

About the Role

Depending on your experience and the school’s daily needs, your role may include:

*

Providing 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom

*

Supporting students with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement

*

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

*

Supervising classes during teacher absence (Cover Supervisor roles)

*

Helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

The school books staff on a day-to-day, long-term, and temp-to-perm basis, offering flexibility as well as the potential for longer-term placement.
