Key Duties: Provide one-to-one support to students who need extra help with their work. Work with small groups of pupils to keep them focused on the task. Explain the teacher's instructions in a simpler way for students. Help students with their reading, writing, or practical activities. Help the teacher manage classroom behaviour and keep students on track. Prepare learning materials and hand out equipment during lessons. Monitor student progress and give feedback to the class teacher. Support student's well-being and confidence within the school day.
