Proven experience supporting children in an educational setting (paid or voluntary) A patient, encouraging and consistent manner with children of varying abilities Confidence supporting those with additional needs or learning differences Strong communication and the ability to work closely alongside class teachers and SENCOs A long-term mindset - this school is looking for someone to grow with themWe place regularly across Putney, Barnes, Wandsworth, Tooting and Roehampton - so if you're open to additional work post-SATs, we'll have options ready.
