Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Mainstream

Location: E14 0BX Contract Type: Part-Time (4 Days per Week)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream school setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact on their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects

Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

Support students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in small groups

Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment

Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
