Learning & Organisation Development Partner Full time, permanent position to start as soon as possible London, hybrid working available Salary: £50,500-£59,000 per annum Are you passionate about creating a culture where people thrive? Our client, a forward‑thinking higher education institution, is seeking a Learning & Organisation Development Partner to join their dynamic People & Culture function. You'll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, high‑performing environment where colleagues feel valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed. Key Responsibilities
Create, implement, and evaluate impactful learning and organisational development programmes that support personal, professional and leadership growth across the organisation. Work closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand capability needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support talent development and succession planning. Proactively assess and respond to strategic and local learning needs, ensuring alignment with wider organisational goals. Lead discrete learning initiatives from inception to successful delivery, ensuring stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes. Foster partnerships both internally and externally to enhance the quality and sustainability of their development offerings.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in developing and delivering learning, talent, and organisation development strategies and programmes within a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in higher education or similar sectors. Demonstrable experience in managing projects and programmes end-to-end, diagnosing needs, analysing data, reporting findings and evaluating impact; providing recommendations to support change and informed decision making. Experience in managing learning management systems with the ability to analyse data and write reports. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of equality and diversity, and its practical application in learning and organisation development. Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or holds a relevant professional qualification.
