Location: Schools across Dorset and Somerset Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: £88 - £98 per day (depending on experience) Experience: Desirable but not essential - training provided

We are currently recruiting Learning Mentors to work across a variety of specialist schools and SEND units within mainstream schools throughout Somerset and Dorset.
This rewarding role is ideal for someone who wants to support students not just academically, but also emotionally and socially. You'll play a vital role in helping children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reach their full potential.
Children with SEND are educated either in specialist schools or supported within mainstream schools, according to their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). As a Learning Mentor, you will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team working to meet each learner's individual needs.
This role is well-suited to individuals with experience in education, youth work, coaching, support work, or mental health settings-but full training is available for the right candidate. Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time work is also possible.
