You will be working closely with pupils with SEN, delivering targeted reading support and academic interventions both in and out of the classroom.You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to improve literacy, engagement, and overall progress. The role requires someone who is patient, proactive, and confident supporting children with additional needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
