The Learning Experience Designer plays an important role in this ambition. You will design high‑quality, engaging and accessible learning solutions that help colleagues build capability, meet compliance and competence requirements, and deliver excellent, resident‑focused services.What The Role Is All AboutAs Learning Experience Designer, reporting to the Learning Design & Systems Manager, you will design and develop high‑quality digital, blended and face‑to‑face learning solutions that build capability across NHG. You will work closely with colleagues across People Development and with operational subject‑matter experts to translate capability, behavioural and compliance needs into clear, engaging and well‑structured learning content.
