At ISL, based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities. Our service supports 10 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. Your role will include: · Supporting with medication management · Teaching and encouraging life skills · Assisting with daily living tasks · Facilitating community access and engagement · Providing emotional support · Helping manage tenancies · Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support *Who we’re looking for:* We need full-time (37.5 hours) part-time (23.5 hours) and bank (0 hour contract) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota.
